Shipping

We ship to France, the rest of the European Union, and the United States. Currency follows the shipping country: euros in France and the rest of the European Union, dollars in the United States.

Standard shipping is free when the merchandise, after any discount and before tax, reaches €75 or $75. Below that: €5.90 for Europe, $7 for the United States.

Dispatch is aimed for within 2 business days after payment. Transit after that is usually 3 to 7 business days. No delivery date is guaranteed. The place the parcel leaves from is stated in the shipping email.

If dispatch cannot meet that window, we email you and offer to wait or to cancel, with a full refund of what was paid. This follows the US rule on mail, internet, or telephone orders that are not shipped in the time stated (16 CFR 435).

If the destination authority assesses a customs duty or import VAT that was not collected at checkout, the carrier may ask you to pay it.

Risk passes on delivery. Contact: the contact page.
