Returns, withdrawal, and guarantees
For 30 days from delivery you may ask to return a sleeve. The merchandise price is refunded to the original payment method. You pay the return postage, unless the item is defective, not as described, or the wrong item was sent.
A sleeve worn beyond a genuine try-on, washed, or damaged by the buyer may be refused, except where a legal right of withdrawal or a legal remedy for defects says otherwise. This 30-day policy sits alongside the 14-day right of withdrawal. It does not replace it.
European Union and France. Under Directive 2011/83/EU and the French Consumer Code, you have 14 days to withdraw, without giving a reason, starting the day after delivery. Trying the sleeve on, as you would in a shop, is allowed. An email to the contact page is enough. The sums paid, including standard delivery, are refunded within 14 days of being told of your decision. The refund may wait until the goods are back, or until you prove you sent them. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. If you chose delivery dearer than standard delivery, only the standard charge is refunded.
France, legal guarantee of conformity. Separate from the 30-day policy, a French consumer has the legal guarantee of conformity in Articles L. 217-3 and following of the Consumer Code, for two years from delivery of the goods.
France, hidden defects. A French consumer may also rely on the Civil Code rules on hidden defects.
United States. There is no general federal cooling-off right for apparel bought online. The contractual promise is the 30-day policy. A class-action waiver and mandatory arbitration are not imposed.
